Exterior Details

• poured concrete front sidewalk from driveway to front entrance

• site services include all utility connections (except television and telephone)
• septic system installed according to the provisions of the Health Authorities. Vendor agrees to provide certificate of installation & approval prior to completion
• gravel driveway the same width as the garage (where applicable)
• drilled well providing potable water supply via submersible pump, with minimum of 4.5
gallons per minute at standing level
